- Orders via TivMart’s Amazon Storefront: Delivery timelines follow Amazon’s estimated delivery date, shown during checkout.
- Orders Placed Directly on TivMart Website: Contact us at tivmartseller@gmail.com before dispatch to request a change. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.
- Orders via TivART’s Amazon Storefront: Address changes must be made directly within your Amazon account before the order is processed.
For TivMart’s Direct Website Purchase, Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order under “My Account” on our website.
We currently ship only in India.
We offer FREE shipping on order above 499/- rupees.
- For direct website purchases on TivMart.in, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
- For purchases via TivMart’s Storefront on Amazon, payment options follow Amazon’s available payment methods, including Amazon Pay, credit/debit cards, UPI, and more.
EMI options are not currently available for direct website orders. However, Amazon orders may have EMI options based on Amazon’s offers.
- No, there are no hidden charges. You pay the product price, applicable GST, and shipping (if any).
- Any additional fees for Amazon purchases will be displayed on Amazon during checkout.
- Occasionally, we run promotional offers and coupon codes for direct website purchases. Any available coupons will be displayed on the homepage or product page.
- Discounts for Amazon purchases depend on Amazon’s own offers and promotions.
- For TivMART.com orders, you can retry using the same or a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact us at [Support Email].
- For Amazon orders, payment failure issues must be resolved directly with Amazon Customer Service.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows faster checkout, order tracking, and access to exclusive offers.
Yes, COD is available for eligible orders within India.

Returns and Exchanges
For direct website purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in original condition. For purchases made through our official TivMart Storefront on Amazon, Amazon’s return policy applies.
Please contact our support team at tivmartseller@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
For items purchased directly from TivMart.com, email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours with order details, photos, and/or videos showing the damage. For orders placed through our TivMart Storefront on Amazon, please initiate a return directly from the Your Orders section in your Amazon account.
Email us at tivmartseller@gmail.com with order details and product photos/videos. Once approved, we’ll share the return address.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order under “My Account” on our website.
