At TivMart, we want you to have smooth shopping experience, whether you purchase directly from our website (www.tivmart.in) or via TivMart’s official storefront on Amazon. Below is our Refund & Returns Policy, covering both purchase methods.
Scope & Applicability
This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which TivMart accepts product returns, processes refunds, and handles exchanges. This policy applies to:
- Products purchased directly via website www.tivmart.in.
- Products purchased from TivMart’s official Amazon storefront, fulfilled and shipped by Amazon.
For Amazon-fulfilled purchases, Amazon India’s Return & Refund Policy will apply.
Amazon Storefront Purchases
If your product was purchased from our official Amazon storefront, the return, refund, and exchange process must be handled directly through Amazon’s return system.
- Visit Your Orders in your Amazon account.
- Select the product and follow the return instructions provided by Amazon.
- TivMart does not directly process refunds or returns for Amazon-fulfilled orders. Amazon’s decision will be final in these cases.
Direct Website Purchases
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must meet all of the following mandatory conditions:
- Initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Product is unused, and in its same original condition that you received.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is provided.
Non-returnable Products
The following products are exempted from return:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products).
- Digital downloads, software, and licenses.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or prepaid services.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products marked as “sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at tivmartseller@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you return instructions.
- Return Shipment: Ship the product back to our address provided in email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to product defect or incorrect item shipped.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. TivMart is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds Processing
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective products.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive the refund after the specified time, please:

- Contact your bank or payment provider (as processing times may vary).

Return Costs & Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for self-shipped orders.
- In cases of buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition, TivMart reserves the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at its sole discretion.
Returns And Exchanges
TivMart offers exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Product received was defective or damaged.
- Product received was different from the product ordered.
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tivmartseller@gmail.com, including photographs or video of the product and order details.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Gifted Products
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit.
If the product was not marked as a gift, refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original purchaser.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
TivMart actively monitors refund and return requests. Excessive returns, fraudulent behavior, or abuse of this policy may result in:
- Rejection of future orders.
- Denial of returns or refunds.
- Legal action if fraudulent behavior is suspected.
Policy Updates
