Purchase and Fulfillment Models
We offer products through two fulfillment methods:
- Amazon Fulfilled Products: Some products listed on our site redirect to Amazon India where purchases are completed, and orders are fulfilled directly by Amazon. Once redirected, Amazon’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply, and Amazon independently manages your data.
- Direct Purchases (Self-Shipping): Some products can be purchased directly from our website. In these cases, we collect your order details, process payments via secure payment gateways, and handle delivery through our logistics partners.
Delivery Timelines
- For purchase made via TivMart’s website, the order are delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for most locations across India.
- Remote areas, high-demand periods, or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc.) may extend delivery by a few days.
- Prepaid orders are processed and shipped faster than Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which require additional verification.
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders to remote locations or during peak sale periods may experience slight delays.
- You will receive real-time order tracking via SMS & email once dispatched.
- For orders via TivMart’s Amazon Storefront, it will be as per Amazon’s estimated delivery timelines and policies.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped, including the tracking link.
- COD orders require an extra 1-2 business days for verification before dispatch.
- COD is available only for selected pincodes and TivMart reserves the right to decline COD orders if necessary.
- Repeated COD refusals by a customer may result in suspension of COD facility for future purchases.

We ship via surface shipping partners and generally speaking, you should get your order within a week after order verification.

- Prepaid Orders (Any Value): Free shipping.
- COD Orders: ₹25 flat fee.
Note: Standard courier charges apply for website orders below ₹499 if prepaid. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.
Packaging and Handling
All orders are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on product type, warehouse location, or availability. You will receive separate tracking for each package if applicable.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the package is not received, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping will require additional charges. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
